Day 18-Finale

July 19, 2008
St. Helen's, Oregon
Seaside, Oregon
88 miles
1399 Total Miles

The sea has bee reached at the historic site of the conclusion of the Lewis and Clark Expedition! Strong, determined and mentally tough. Give some kids an opportunity to and see what great accomplishments can be achieved. The day after the finish, July 20th consisted of a very late wake up call (post 10 am) as well as a day at the Seaside Promenade where the staff and kids enjoyed the arcade until we were spent of quarters...Regardless much fun was had. Currently we are in the Portland International Airport waiting our departing flight into Phoenix then finally to Pittsburgh. The time is currently 5 a.m. so I must apologize if there are grammatical errors. We are all delighted to arrive back home to be with our families and would appreciate it if all followers view the 2008 Photos to share in the sights that we've experienced. (The Washington and Oregon pictures won't be updated until I arrive back to Pittsburgh)
